Why can't I communicate with my CBL 2 or CBR 2 from TI-SmartView 2.0?
If TI-Connect™ is not installed; the driver necessary for the operation of the TI-SilverLink USB cable will not be present on the system. To remedy this situation, download and install TI-Connect 1.6.
It may be necessary to reinstall the driver manually from Windows®.
