The example below will demonstrate how to calculate the number of days between two specific dates using the TI-89 family, TI-92 family or Voyage 200 graphing calculator. You must first have the FINANCE application installed. Example: A loan is made on January 1, 2006, but the first payment is deferred until March 30, 2006. How many days does the loan accrue interest before the first payment? Note: This function is NOT listed in the CATALOG. It must be entered manually from the HOME screen. • Press [HOME] • Type "dbd(01.0106,03.3006)" without the quote marks  • Press [ENTER] The loan will accrue interest for 88 days before the first payment.
